Frequently Asked Questions

Below are answers to some of our most common questions and concerns, if you still have a question (or two or three) you can email or call us and we will be more than happy to answer them for you. 

What hours are you open?

In the office 9am - 5pm  Monday thru Friday.   Closed on Federal holidays.   Available outside business hours for anyone who needs, call or email and we will help 24/7.

Can you do my company apparel - including wovens? aprons? pants?

Yes we can - Once we have your company logo on file...it is a very easy process!   You can have all of your employees call in and place orders and we can just bill the corporate office once a month.   Let us know if you would like us to handle your corporate apparel!   Be sure to look the Corporate Website section of our site.   

Can I make a larger order for my golf tournament on the site? or do I call over the phone?

 

For larger orders, please call and we can take all sizes, etc. over the phone.   That would be easier.   Plus we will ask all the questions regarding where you would like the logo placement on the shirts/jackets, plus get to find out more about your event!

 

What if I want a shirt or jacket that isnt on the website? Can you get that for me also?

Yes, while we dont have every piece of apparel of all brands listed on our site - we DO have access to all pieces if you would like.   For example - we only put the top selling, most popular pieces on the website, but if you would like us to find something Adidas, for example, that is not on our site, we can certainly give you access to ALL of the Adidas that you would like to see!

How do I know my transaction is secure? Do you keep credit card information on file?

All transactions are conducted thru Authorize.net, and with a 128 bit encryption.   It is as safe and secure as is there is on the internet.   Your credit card file is kept only for 5 days and then after that, no one is able to utilize that card at all.   Very safe!

Can I get just one shirt embroidered with my logo?

Yes, you can.   It is definitely more cost effective to do more shirts at one time.  The digitizing charge (to make your logo into a computerized stitched design) is a one time fee and so after that is paid, then all future use of that logo it will be much cheaper.

How long will it take for my items to arrive to my house?
  1. All items will ship UPS or FED EX GROUND unless otherwise noted when you order.  Things CAN be shipped as fast as needed, including overnight AM delivery for an additional fee.  Just let us know when you need it to arrive and we can find the most cost effective way to ship it for you.   If going GROUND, most items will take 7-10 days to arrive after order is placed online.
What if it doesnt fit? What if I dont like it?

 

YOU CAN RETURN IT!!!   Just let us know.   Permission for any return merchandise must be secured from our return department. You have 30 days from the ship date to receive refunds. You must email the refund request to sales@everybrandapparel.com (with "RETURN" in the subject field), at which time the return authorization number (RA#) with return instructions will be sent to you. No packages will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number written clearly on the package. Products being returned must have a RA# issued before returned.

If you received a different product than initially purchased, the item must be returned with the following:

·  All original contents (product, manuals, instructions, etc.).

·  Original packaging.

·  Original invoice or receipt.

Once a return is authorized by our return department you should:

Return the item to the address given to you by our return department. Write the Return Authorization Number clearly on the box or package. Keep your shipping records for proof of shipment in the event of loss of returned merchandise. Returns shipped via U.S. Postal Service (U.S.P.S.) or with a value of over $100.00 should be insured. We can not be held liable for return merchandise that does not reach our return department.

We can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error. You are responsible for all freight charges on shipments that are refused or returned with no fault on our part. We are not responsible for incidental or consequential damages or losses to defective products, errors in shipping your order, or other errors. The limit of our liability is the replacement cost of any item you purchase from us.
